I disagree as I expect news or a filing is coming soon. In addition, I tried getting filled at the bid without result so moved my order to the ask to get filled. Time will tell all but I think PTOI is about to turn the tables on those who tried to bankrupt the company by selling millions of non existent shares. Go PTOI!!!
