Rev-PR could-happen between 4/1&4/15 because...
ACS has to pay for any active accounts during a month , the following month between the 1st and no later than the 15th of every month.
ACS has been pretty busy US Army and we could see a PR revenue in that time frame.

Its plain and simply spelled out. Again no pump its in the contract. every month between the 1st and no later than the 15th ACS has to submit payments.
