Here is PART II of that post :
PERSHING WILL FAIL TO DELIVER THE "promised" NI 43-101 !
Why ? .. With the following FIVE rather "nothing REAL delivered"
exceptions, PERSHING NEVER COMPLETES REAL MINING
ASSIGNMENTS. .. Examine their record, OK ?
(1) They are always expanding their claim base . .. BFD.
(2) They are always buying equipment or small companies. .. BFD.
NO GOLD OR ANY KIND OF METAL HAS EVER BEEN PRODUCED ! ! !
Again, examine the pitiful record !
(3) They sometimes publish assay results .. BFD. . . . Since NOTHING
EVER COMES OF THE ASSAYS , I am unfavorably impressed .
Besides, it could just be a laborer, using granny's garden trowel, to fill
a five-gallon bucket -- and shipping the gravel dirt to "Assays R Us, Inc."
NOTHING, like an NI 43-101 or any damned kind of BULK SAMPLE
has ever resulted from the reported assays.

the Company current. .. If memory serves, by keeping their FINs cur-
rent, the INSIDERS CAN SELL THEIR SHARES. .. Oh my !
BUT CONSIDER THIS FACT : . Pershing has never reported any sales.
OR PROFITS ! . Or having a Product of Any Kind, either. . Or Marketing
or Sales literature. .. Or INCOME.
SO HOW HARD IS IT TO PRODUCE FINs WHEN THE COMPANY(?)
HAS NO SALES, . NO INCOME, . NO REVENUE . and . NO PROFIT ? ..
Duh.
Do Not Hold Your Breath waiting for an NI 43-101 to be produced.
