FUSZ will be valued based on the value added to the buyer company. Tech company are usually valued at 8-10 times the revenue they bring. adding to that, FUSZ has no Debt so the buyer wont pay even a dollar to close debts.
nFUSZ can help any company to improve their sales 600%, Shareholders are better off without a buyout. the reason is very simple, nFUSZ has many products and they can help all giants company like google, youtube, oracle, salesforce.......
this is a huge market, and unless the buyer offer is tremndous RORY wont sell.
