This by far was the best post I've read in a long time and there have been a lot of great ones. What Grejust posted it what many of us were thinking but Grejust laid it out nicely. This is a $500M stock at least. Will be interesting when it gets there in a few weeks or month if Rory says "we are grossly undervalued".

If he does, then we were wrong and it's a $10 stock. I don't mind being wrong. If anyone knows what the value of the company is, he would. And he explained how to value a company for people that were wondering how to do that.
