I would add that the Delaware debt is still outstanding. Amount hasn't been announced and I haven't heard that the Delaware debt would impact name change. SB said he's negotiating. It does affect the audit - as a minimum terms need to be negotiated. I've heard it could be as low as $25K. Agree with you about our good prospects.
