Agree, stress kills, especially in the work place. Researchers conclude that those retire early live longer. I retired from work 10 years ago at age 59. May be that helped. But nutrition is the most important criteria as the body is made up chemicals, without adequate and essential chemicals to sustain life, one ages and infects with disease and illness.
