DIVIDENDS - Have two thoughts on Rory's mentioning of DIVIDENDS
Will be down the road a ways yet but -
In that Rory himself has SO MANY SHARES that he would be mistaken to sell, even a dime a share for him would be substantial
Stocks that pay DIVIDENDS have a higher rate of shareholder retention
ADDED NOTE: In that Rory did NOT CREATE any of those nasty PREFERRED SHARES issued to himself like in many OTC companies CEO's where they have a HIGH CONVERSION rate and dividends can be paid to and none to the common ALSO should be considered a big PLUS here
