I believe the total shares of Strikeforce is 5 billion but the market cap is solely determined by the 2.33 outstanding shares and not the 5 billion total shares. The 2.67 preferred shares do factor into a corporations sales price but I'm not sure of the exact numbers/percentage. Maybe someone else can assist.
