$TPAC And in additional support of that, the 8-k, Item 8.01, dated Oct 31, 2016, stated this would happen, within a period of up to 36 months, which would be no later than Oct 31, 2019. Currently, just for a polite reminder, it is March 25, 2018. There is still quite a bit more time to meet the deadlines previously announced. Loosely, we have around a year and a half.
