As I stated earlier Berman needed to bring in a large international order with cash in advance in meet his deadline to purchase Cogosense by 4/30/17. Although it wasn't Saudi Arabia, it was close, Turkey.
If he was able to give them favorable pricing and was able to use the new mold, perhaps his margins will be able to remain the same. I still think the sweet spot for pricing bSafeMobile is $99 to distributors or buying direct in large volume orders.
So my guess for Turkey is 20,000 units at $99 each CIA. Cost will be $7 per unit. He does not own the factory just bought a new mold where the factory can produce at a higher volume at $7 per unit. Of course he will also have to pay CIA to that factory but in partial payments.
