Somehow I don't think they will capitulate. I think its going to go for a ruling on the briefs. SA is very cocky (thus the rooster) and it depends on their attorneys...and they probably have more now...who knows if they even agree with each other! R&G are concentrated lazer in full congruency. I do see chicken feathers scattered in the air soon tho.
