It seems you didn't get what I was trying to say. Let me try one more time. When a company puts out an 8K filed with the SEC they will be truthful. They can lie with PR's but only truthful facts will be put in an 8K. I was trying to say what CHIT put out in their 8K is a truthful statement. This will probably be my last post on this board.
