Yes, in IMHO as well. At that price he would be able to live out his days in style.
I would be happy with that as well, although I'm not sure how you're calculating your cut at .47 per share at that price. There are those around here who express the feeling that, for whatever reasons, it should be a lot more, but I'm not sure that's realistic. We're looking at a motivated seller.
