I have seen dead companies catch a spark and take off. I have seen good companies with bad stock. My caveat is that there is a long list of promises unkept so speculation is biased by past record. If none of that existed, my leaning would be towards benefit of the doubt. At this point regaining my trust would require major performance.

This stock could easily reach .03. Flippers won't let it go much higher. Until conditions change, not one more buy. Not much left to lose and I've paid to see the last card, so I will wait.
