Almost all MMJ companies create products then release them into the marketplace without going through any trials. They aren't trying to create drugs and trials aren't required for the MMJ markets in Canada or the US. I can't speak for Europe or elsewhere. The only patent they possess seems to be with their extended release tech. I am not sure how important this is. That being said we need to get our cream out there even if unlabeled. In the end we are trying to create tested products capable of becoming pharmaceutical drugs. This may be more attractive to pharmaceutical companies for either licensing or a buyout IMO.
