My takeaway is that the CA MJ industry is still formulating and rapidly evolving. Lawmakers and industry leaders are communicating. Both sides seem willing to make this work.
The biggest challenge for CA is reducing the size of the black market. Increased availability/convenience will help, plus product innovation that only the legal, licensed market could manufacture.
