PTOI definitely had excuse after excuse for the never-ending delays. Mr. Bordynuik publicly bragged that he never announced the same problem twice...and true to his word, he added variation for each new excuse. Then he handed the baton to Mr. Heddle whose MO is to announce extension after extension of sham deals...and throw in the occasional "zoning issue", a problem which apparently wasn't discovered for a year and a half.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
