sox, we do not know whether the numbers being reported as current share count are correct, nor do we know whether any shares that may have been added have been issued to ASPIRE. It is entirely possible that they were issued to, for instance, attorneys, or new hires, or for some other corporate purpose, to some entity OTHER than Aspire.

It's tempting to draw the conclusions that you have, but it is by no means a fact. You're making an assumption but it is only speculation.
