Agree, but greenmail is the potential problem. If TPG waved even a $2 Billion check under Mark's nose IMHO he would be hard pressed to refuse it. He stated a $2 Billion buyout price was his goal in the trade show interview. Also, he's no spring chicken. He never expected to get into the fight of his life with MSFT to save the company. Our David (Mark) won against Goliath! Now he fights again on our behalf to secure our IP. He deserves to enjoy the fruits of a hard won victory in happy retirement after selling the company IMHO.
