You may be on to something there Ace. Monday may be the begining of the end for SFOR as Ropes and Gray brings the fight to SA. Much depends on how this appeal case turns out. With all the legal firepower they have brought to bear on this case R&G knows that. It truely is do or die for SFOR IP IMHO. I can only hope they have a former SEAL in their law firm who has had it adopt their personal motto, "I will not fail!" Given their court record (including presenting before the US Supreme Court) we could not be in better hands! Like you, I expect a buyout shortly after R&G blows away the SA cloud over our IP. GLTA.
