I heard a rumor yesterday that there was a discussion that the $GGII domicile will be moved out of the state of Delaware. There are several states where registration of a domicile is easy to do electronically and the transfer of ownership is just a few keystrokes on the computer.

My list of probables would include Florida, Wyoming and Nevada

Makes a lot of sense. Any of these states would also be easy for investors to verify registration.
