grotty: Exactly. The industry is not transparent and fraud filled. The regulators continue to hand out fines rather than prison sentences. The industry looks as the fines as a cost of doing business and continues to rip off honest investors stealing their hard earned savings. Patrick Byrne has talked about regulators being captured and they have been along with the politicians for the most part.
T+0 will hopefully cause major changes in the way the industry operates. In the meantime companies like IPIX are attacked forcing management to spend wasted time fighting for survival. The posters who are trying to plant seeds of fear and doubt 24/7 need to be exposed and prosecuted. Our brokerage firms which are charged with insuring we obtain good delivery are enabling this fraud and they too need to pay for their sins. I look forward to the day IPIX because of its science that will benefit folks worldwide turns the tables on all of them.
