Consider the "buyer" or interested party who is being so generous with their legal team who may just be waiting to see how the product preforms before a purchase rather than wait for litigation. JMHO but anyone interested in buying probably will do positive litigation down the road and make sure product compatibility isn't an issue. Anything can happen. Anytime.
