I would like to believe that they have so much more important things going on this month is the reason for the hesitation in completing the updates correctly to the web page. Perhaps it could be legal matters too. I see great opportunities for investors here and usually have very little negative things to say about OWCP. I do like the way it is set up and the styles they have chosen. IMO once it is completed and correct, investors will be pouring in.
