While I agree, it's still nothing permanent. While I would like to see a Federal reclassification of cannabis, if that won't happen, I would like to see Congress turn it into a State's Right's issue on a permanent basis, not just drugs, and not just for the time an appropriations bill is in effect.
It's my understanding that the Senate might once again shut down the Govt. if Rand Paul decides to speak the full time they must allow him. I wish our Govt. would start acting like the Country was more important than their particular wing of their Party, as it's clear our political parties each have their own wings, though it's more clearly defined in the Republican's. Personally I wish the Moderates from both parties dropped their party affiliation and formed a Moderate party.
