Although we cannot trust the "Level 2" quotes on the otcmarkets.com site or those quotes furnished by brokers, nevertheless they look very different today. There are few large orders shown, unlike past days. Rather, there are smaller orders typically between 1000-4500 shares. QUITE a difference from past days when we were routinely seeing orders in the 20k range.
