I think there is a vicious cycle going on here. The lack of confidence in this stock shows in the forever dropping pps. I think peeps are hesitant to buy it up because there never seems to be a bottom or long established support. When it does go up, it fails to sustain the gains & we end up back down here. We need a game changer or contract or some super duper news to get this thing back to penny land for good!  I'm a pretty patient guy, but even I am getting a little annoyed with this.  GO PNCH!!!
