$PSGR Until2017, you seem to have faith in the investment crowd. There are still tens of thousands of individuals who only spend 3 seconds to read a current Pres Release and not 1 second of due diligence is ever initiated.

I believe the share price WILL go up simply because there are so many people who choose to believe that 'since it is in the internet, it must be true'. I also understand that there are only about 1,500 people who follow this Board and other Boards.

Sit back and enjoy when the share price does go up!!! When it hits a certain level, look for a lot of long term share holder dumping. I anticipate that long term investors are fed up with the decades of BS and will try to get as much as they can before hitting the Dump Button.

IF history holds true, the share price may peak in about a month then staircase down for another month. Once the company SILENCE comes into play, the share price may return to the current price or go even lower. I would like to believe that the share price will continue to climb but 'been there, done that' so won't do it again. MAYBE we will get lucky and THIS TIME the share price will make it to a quarter before it crashes.

I see something POSIITVE coming of the latest Pershing Press Release IF, once again, nothing productive occurs.
