It's not that bad.
1. Numb you up.
2. Mini liposuction out a double shot glass (60ml) of fat. (Most Americans won't even miss it!)
3. Add solution to fat and centrifuge to get the components they want.
4. Put the good components in saline solution and inject.
Voila PASI99!
Much better option and will be much cheaper than any biologic with better efficacy and no side effects. If Prurisol works really well we'll likely have years of sales ahead of this treatment.
Stem cells are the future of medicine for a lot of these autoimmune diseases. Glad to see Psoriasis will be going the way of Polio.
