ICBU is another stock that will soon get a CE and go to no bid. Atrocious management and debt holder here. The deals they announce in press releases never ever get audited and merge in. This is a scam company to pump and dump and sell convertible debt. Retail is not buying here any more. Like EXMT this one will likely get CE and be suspended by the SEC for fraud.
