The LATEST Press Release from Pershing Resources:
(NOT the entire Press Release content)
The Technical Report will asses (sic) the effectiveness of previous exploration work to test the mineral resource potential and prioritize future exploration work to advance the development of the project. This work will be supported with field observations regarding rock types, alteration, mineralization, and structure, in conjunction with multi element analysis of 106 samples. Interpretations and conclusions will discuss the mineral resource potential of the Project based on the available data and outline Phase 2 recommendations. At this point in the preparations of the report, it is anticipated that Phase 2 recommendations will include, but not limited to, an airborne and other geophysical surveys, geological mapping, additional geochemistry, and a diamond drilling program.
The context indicates that there will be an in situ review of mineralization on the Mine/Claims site. Samples will be gathered and a protocol for future activities will be planned. Additional information gathering activities MAY include aerial mapping and gathering samples from bore holes.
SUMMARY
A Professional Geologist will review the mine/claim site and evaluate the potential for presence of minerals that may be marketable and have some value. There is NO suggestion that anything of value is located at the Kingman site. The cost for all of the testing, etc. is NOT referenced so the Professional review on-site activity may be as simple as a geologist with a rock hammer and magnifying glass gathering hand samples and entering information into a log /OR/ The field review could also involve a very complex and professional review of Bore hole samples and involve Gas Chromatography (GS) and other proven scientific identification processes. Without an announced BUDGET DOLLAR AMOUNT, the extent of the site review is unknown. A previous Press Release had stated that an amount of $35K was allocated for the previous Geologic Site Review...It is not known if the sum included this study.
Painfully missing from this Press Release is any mention of precious metals. Prior Press Releases noted that the site is a former Gold Mine and ALLEGED previous ore samples taken on site were reported to contain GOLD (see Pershing Resources website/assays).
The timing of the Press Release is interesting. It IS the END of the 1st Quarter. Share PRICE is down. The Corporate Office has announced that Shares were distributed among the Executive Group as a form of compensation. The current share price is $0.025. I wonder what this announcement will do to the current share price(???). No doubt it WILL stimulate the share price and make those corporate shares much more valuable.
I remain POSITIVE that I am a zetetic.
