I suspect it is due to Longside not being willing to settle. They want shares IMO not cash. I believe they are and have been shorting the stock for a long time. They filed for a body attachment against David on 2/18/18. With interest rates rising and their short position growing daily if I am correct they are at risk. Time will tell all. Go NTEK!!!
