Good info dadon. I do see on L2 now that BMIS dropped to 4th down the list on the ASK, raised to .014:

The others above him are:

CANT 0.0135 150,000 13:55
ETRF 0.0136 285,260 13:48
Since this happened the PPS RTQ = .0136 / .0134 So maybe he is done selling for the time being. CANT and ETRF are bellying up to the bar too on the ASK.
