I believe before FINRA and MAZARS will be sufficiently happy, ONCI will have to clear the air in Delaware which has two prerequisites which could take time;
-Settle past due debt
-Issue annual report in Delaware

Best to focus on the ever growing sales pipelines and fast growing revenue.
The company is doing great under ONCI and will excel even further under HEXA once that happens.

Patience, instant gratification isn't an issue for longs confident in the longevity of the company. It will happen.
