So any complaints have been filed with the SEC about IHUB being a boiler room along with posting histories of the paid bashers but the SEC has done nothing.
I'd be surprised if they take anything from that site seriously since their founder, Matthew Brown, got busted for stock fraud and went to jail.
Just because the SEC got involved with HJOE, it doesn't 100% mean it was because of the IHUB clowns. I know they think they have the ear of God at their disposal, but I don't think they are as high and mighty as they like to project to the message boards.
Let's face it, bashers get paid pennies per post and I'm sure a cut of the stock manipulation scams, but they are pawns in that entire boiler room operation. Nothing more. The hedge fund(s) and the market makers make the real money in that scam.
