OTC is dangerous because it basically goes unregulated by the SEC... The rules are much more lax than any of the major exchanges. There are tons of "shell" companies that do not have a product or service, or even employees, yet claim they will be the next biggest thing and just sell worthless shares and then disappear or rename themselves and do it to the next guy dumb enough to invest in them.
That is clearly not the case here, so I would not worry about that. I just said "be smart" because at the end of the day this is still a start up with a lot of big promises. To me, whether they say it in an unaudited finical report or not, its ability to continue is always a going concern at this stage of a company's infancy. Never invest more than you can afford to lose completely, and NEVER leverage any form of debt to invest.
