To avert a third Government shutdown it looks like there will be yet another continuing resolution (CR) in effect until passage of the omnibus spending bill. Although this is a bad way to run a government, at least Federal vendors, like ACS, will have their invoices paid on time. So, there should be no impact on the SFOR billing cycle.
