Question about buyout. Doesn't the company (Mark and officers) have voting rights even if some group bought more than 50 % of the shares?
Who decides whether the buyout would be accepted? Or can some group just buy 50+ % of the shares and take over?
I'm holding till buyout also - hoping for at least $1, preferably $2+.
