How the RAF tanker fleet is now provided entirely by a Private Finance Initiative partnership with a civilian contractor with both military and civilian / military reservist crews. Looking to the distant future (years), who knows what contracts $TMPS might be able to get to provide a similar capability to smaller, first-rate air forces that maintain an AAR capability but can't afford their own tanker fleet:
