out of the thousands of pennies I've looked at, I cant remember another company where market pps is consistently below pp pps -that is crazy
and as I reported recently in the form 4 filing https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company...ntent/html, the CEO showed his faith in WOLV's forward movement by buying 4 million shares at .004 Feb14,also above the market pps.
The only thing I can think of, besides capitulation by some,is that holders don't recognize or understand or are not aware of the recent improvements you mention and I addressed at length,and the opportunities available to WOLV going forward
