this topic is incredibly divisive which is why i tend not to engage rather just post out the data and let folks make a determination .. some take the time and research just just how *fungible* the OTC was for years .. i'll lay odds that any *aware* OTC mgmt team today would not come public via a R/M .. rather do so via an S-1 registration due to how *handled* re: reporting by NR (non retail)
to keep it simple my focus isn't on *legal shorting* .. i've noted numerous times that the entity working the cycle of money (UP/DOWN) on IPIX had issues since their *imo* illegally orchestrated take up of December 2014 .. just shy of $5.00
imo it took that entity months to *SET UP* the events of late summer 2015 for that round of take down .. fortunately mgmt responded in a manner that could not be misinterpreted .. but it didn't change Non Retails' *goal*
what i note is the liquidity (volume) of the cycles in play .. and what i've noted for months on end .. is NR is struggling .. make no mistake (and i don't say this to scare anyone) when there is no liquidity besides the bogus kind created by NR and their *crew* .. the only option left to NR is to relentlessly compress the PPS because they need *volume* that isn't of their own making (wash traded)
which has been done consistently since early 2015 .. that is why each reset cycle UP is done at a lower PPS
but anyone can just observe *volume* and see how it has decreased in correlation with relentless PPS compression .. which doesn't work in NRs' favor
as i noted imo NR would have been able to *reset* the 52 week low of 63c (May 2017) .. far more quickly than Feb 22, 2018 .. except mgmt changed
out name/ticker/cusip in June which *imo* forced a change out on the legal
which had been approx 1.3M b4 being reduced to approx 800k .. which then
had to go back up to 1.2M (where it held for most of the last 9 months) ..
imo this effort is being done for a few reasons .. there will always be investors who can't watch an *erosion* of 20c .. 30c .. 40c .. 50c .. per share
some are now upside down 4.00 per share .. btw another tried and true NR tactic is to have some ambulance chaser on hedgies' speed dial trolling for a lead plaintiff for a CA .. anything to create FUD .. and garner *shares* out of shareholders with that *announcement*
the last round imo (as noted here) was done to target those with a CB in 1.50 to 2.50 price point
it is very clear to me this round is going for those in the 1.00 to 2.00 price point
after *volume* had been declining for the last year .. events of the last month had to show *volume* increasing .. which is why i look for what i perceive to be wash traded trades (daily tape of trades which makes up the *volume*) which are crystal clear when viewed
note the volume avgs today .. b4 today's *volume* .. the 10 day is lower than the 90 day (10 day is far easier to orchestrate than the 90 day)

again imo NR has a liquidity issue .. which is why i note they are UPSIDE DOWN
they all collude *imo* .. and besides crushing a stock for obvious reasons .. another *goal* as i've pointed out is to get the PPS to where *certain brokerage firms* only allow sells not buys .. 25c and 10c come to mind
the OTC .. while slowly being cleaned up .. remains mired in muck courtesy of multiple colluding entities .. OTC SURVIVORS are scarcer then hens' teeth
lastly this stat was also easily called again .. NR continues to struggle

At what point, if any, do the shorts say we have reset low enough? Anything to stop this constant SP attack prior to deal announcement or will excellent P top line give the SP a good kick in the rear? Right now looks like a few tough weeks staring us in the face.
