The 10K is in process and I'm sure there is no rush because SIGO is damned if they do or don't. Being first is not always best, especially when it comes to being first to file with new CA MJ laws. Regardless of when they file, which I believe they will do, the bashers are going to find 20 things wrong with it, one way or the other. The only thing that will shut them up is growing revenue numbers.
