The company has only said that they hired an accounting firm to perform the daily accounting and produce financial statements. The firm is Pubco, which specializes in small OTC public companies. They also have an auditor (independent CPA) to perform the audit. The company says they are working on the 10K. So the 10K could be filed any day now.
Until then, the IHUB message board bashers are in charge and they will bash the price down as low as possible.
It is in the companies own best interest to get the filings back in line, so it wouldn't make common sense for them not to, meaning they would never make a dime on the company and if it is a scam as those bashers post, then there wouldn't be any reason to continue right now because they would have made their money and could simply just dissolve. However they are still planting marijuana.
