I think more is happening behimnd the scenes then the BOD wants to release. IMO
Once the BOD does the tortuous interference will step up 4 notches and they will then know the locations to attack.

One thing I am quite comfortable saying is Treaty is required to only file 2 years of financials, not the 6 that the Hubbers claim. The years requested I do not know
