Been following $BVTK for a little while on the outskirts but havent looked at the debt in a long time. What is the current obligations on the toxic side? I see BMIC has bee consistently on the ASK for awhile and OS has jumped substantially to 8.5BB so far this year. How much toxic debt so they have remaining (if any)? And if thia isnt conversions - is this just dilution by company for day to day and getting JVs done?

Market Cap under $1MM and they are providing guidance approaching $30MM for 2018. Does the inv world think that is pure BS or is it just the systematic dilution keeping it at bay?
