Unless Congress gets its act together by that midnight deadline the Federal Government shutsdown, implementation of the approved $1.3 trillion budget (including payment to ACS) comes to a grinding halt. Default on even US Government debt payments for the first time in its' history even looms as a possibility. Congress do your job!
