I think that a Pharma getting involved with a cannabis company in Canada is saying a lot about what would happen here if cannabis was legal Federally. The question is, would one step in to gain a State like California which has an economy bigger than Canada, it's the sixth largest in the world. I really don't know if big Pharma is willing to challenge the Fed's even though they provide the mother's milk that keeps people like Session's saying what he does about cannabis.
OWCP is probably speaking with companies that could handle the Canada market, which will come on line next July. The real question in my mind is whether OWCP is trying for such partnerships, or looking for someone to deal with the entire world. I believe we'll get some feeling in the next few months, though it could be longer if potential partners want to see Phase 1 data for both the cream and sublingual tablet.
For now, their is little to move us significantly higher or lower. We need news for a serious news, it might be something said in the Annual Report, but I suspect it may take more than that unless something really newsworthy happens as the report is released and is included within it. I believe the report is due by the end of the month, but a short extension can be allowed.
