Im simply stating facts. No person would willingly promote buying TPAC stock unless they are being paid to do so or an insider dumping shares. TPAC is not a good buy and never will be. Trying to con others into this worthless stock makes you just as bad as Bill. TPAC will never amount to anything and with this current share structure its never going to move more than 1 tic and then right back to no bid. Bill wont stop diluting long enough for it to move. Im anxious to see what the actual O/S is now. My guess its around 15 - 18 billion now. That is if Bill ever decides to file the K and even that information is now 3 months old.
Bill has done nothing but lie the entire time he has been in control of TPAC. This can easliy be seen in TPAC filings and tweets not only from Bill but from TPACMuse as well.
So what is it, paid promoter or insider?
