SEC sent a final letter saying it was terminating its coverage. So Cen biotech will never trade until this gets resolved.

Cso CEN is stuck in limbo until Bill explains to the SEC why CEN didn't register the shares prior to the spin-off. But even if he provides an explanation, it doesn't seem like the SEC will be satisfied.
